1) good thing she wasn’t in Virgina, else she’d be behind bars. Michigan doesn’t set a hard rule about how much above the limit you have to be, but I’m surprised she didn’t get hauled in for 70 in a 40.

2) coincidentally, the last ticket I got several years ago was in Warren and had to go to that courthouse. I qualified for a “civil infraction conference” and got it busted down to no points.
